2025 Texas Ranch Fellowship 15, Tree Cluster, Quinn Ranch

This painting was part of a 21-painting installation that was conceived as a grand celebration and documentation of the 2025 Ranch Fellowship, with each painting representing one day of the fellowship and depicting some specific element or experience of the journey. Individually these images illustrate specific instances during the Fellowship, while collectively they communicate the totality and diversity of the fellowship experience. The red and blue colors are representative of the Texas state flag colors. The installation was designed to allow each individual painting, at the conclusion of the exhibition, to travel home with a different patron, thus extending the fellowship's community impact beyond its specific calendar time. This particular painting was part of a curated 6-month exhibition at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art at the conclusion of the fellowship.
